What is Capsule?
LVFT. Capsule is a monthly subscription box with exclusive Live Fit. Clothing, Headwear, Accessories, and other dope miscellaneous items! Every capsule is valued at over $100 retail!
How is Capsule different from livefitapparel.com?
All Capsule items are exclusive, never before seen LVFT items! You will be the first to have our newest threads & they will not be available for purchase on www.livefitapparel.com for at least 6 months following!
How much does it cost?
The Capsule monthly subscription is $60 a month plus shipping. However, you are guaranteed to get over $100 worth of LVFT. Gear included every box!
How does it work?
When you sign up for the Capsule, you will be billed for your first month or selected prepaid subscription. Your first box will ship out the following month. Billing will occur on the date of purchase of each month & each box will ship the 3rd week of each month.
What types of items can I expect?
The contents of your box are going to be a surprise- that’s part of the fun of it! All items will be based on the season. However, here’s a general idea of what you can expect in your Capsule:

What sizes can be included in the capsule?
We offer sizes S-2XL. Please note that at this time, Capsule boxes are unisex sizing. So ladies, make sure to size down!
Can you change out any of the items?
Every Capsule box is a mystery box! Don’t worry though! Every box is carefully designed to be sure you love it!
Can I buy just one box?
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon sign up, and then every month on the 25th following, that you are subscribed. (Ex. If you sign up on the 20th of the month, you will be charged the 25th the next month).
Are there any discounts available?
Currently, we have no discount codes available.
Where do you ship to?
We heard your demand! We have finally opened up shipping to the entire world!
How do you ship boxes each month?
We ship all US Capsules out via USPS and international Capsules via FedEx. You can expect your box to leave around the 15th each month. Please note that upon subscription, your first box will always be sent out the following month. Orders for the next box month close on the end of the previous month. (Ex. To receive July box, the last day to sign up to receive it would be June 30th). Every month, you will receive a tracking number upon shipment of your box.
How do I change my address?
All address changes must be done through customer service. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (714)-902-6055. Address changes need to be made before the 15th of every month. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses due to late address changes.
Can I track my box?
Yes! Upon shipment of your box each month, we will provide you with your tracking #. However, you can also view your tracking at any time by logging into your account and viewing the homepage.
My box is marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What happens now?
Your tracking may not update in real time as your box travels to you. It is completely normal to see up to 5 business days between scans- if it’s been longer, let us know so we can check on it! Or send us an email!
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost varies based on where you are located. It starts out at $10 for the Contiguous United States and $15 for Hawaii and Alaska. International shipping costs vary by country.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days, however it can take longer depending on the carrier and where you are located.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do returns work?
LVFT. Capsule purchases are final sale & nonrefundable. Since every box is a mystery box, we do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes or items included in the box. But don’t worry, you’ll be hyped on your capsules & you can always cancel at any time.
What if my size doesn’t fit. Can I exchange it?
If your box ends up not being the right size- don’t worry! We offer one full box exchange per customer. Please contact Customer Service & we will send a prepaid label to return your box back. All boxes must have every item returned in order to be eligible for an exchange.
What if I want to change my size for my next box?
If you’d like to change your size of your box, please contact Customer Service by calling (714)-902-6055 or emailing email@example.com.
What if one of my products is missing or I have a defect?
Any missing, damaged, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 2 weeks of your delivery date. Please let us know and provide photos & we can help file a claim or get you a replacement out ASAP!
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time, for any reason! However, you must cancel your account before your monthly charge date to prevent being billed for that month’s box. If you cancel your account on/after your monthly charge date, you will be charged for that month & receive a final box. You can cancel your account by either logging into your account or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed. Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds on pre-paid subscriptions.
