Terms & Conditions


The following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (“Live Fit. Capsule policy”) between you (“you,” “your,” or “applicant”) and Live Fit. Apparel LLC. (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “Live Fit. Apparel”) describes the terms and conditions on which you may access and use the Live Fit. Capsule website located at lvftcapsule.com. By accessing or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

LIVE FIT APPAREL works to ensure your privacy is protected when using our services. We therefore have a policy setting out how your personal data will be processed and protected. Any changes we have made to this data policy can be found by visiting our website (www.lvftcapsule.com)


  • All Capsule Boxes are Mystery Boxes with all one size. We are not able to make any item or size exchanges to boxes.
  • All orders will ship one month after sign up between the 15th and the 20th. (i.e. If you sign up before April 30th, you will get your first box shipped May 15th-20th)
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.  To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.  
  • Live Fit Apparel is not responsible for events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages and do offer signature required packages for $3.


Auto Renewal and Subscription Policies

  • All subscription boxes will be renewed monthly until customer cancels subscription.
  • You will be charged monthly on the date of sign up (i.e. If you signed up on the 20th, you will be charged the 20th of each month).


Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel at any time, for any reason! However, you must cancel your account before your monthly charge date to prevent being billed for that month’s box. If you cancel your account on/after your monthly charge date, you will be charged for that month & receive a final box. You can cancel your account by either logging into your account or by emailing us at info@lvftcapsule.com. Please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed. Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds on pre-paid subscriptions.


  • Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under customer’s account and cannot be changed upon shipment. 
  • Live Fit Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address. 
  • All returning packages due to insufficient address will be sent a verification email. Customers will have 72 hours to respond, failure to reply within 72 hours will automatically result in order cancellation.

Domestic Orders/Shipping

  • Orders are generally received within 5-7 business days after date of fulfillment.
  • Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service.

 International Orders/Shipping

  • Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.
  • Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
  • International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.
  • Orders are generally received within 10-12 business days
  • Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experience through postal service.


LVFT. Capsule purchases are final sale & nonrefundable. Since every box is a mystery box, we do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes or items included in the box.

* If you receive your box, and need to correct the size… don’t worry! We offer one full box exchange per customer. Please contact Customer Service & we will send a prepaid label to return your box back. All boxes must have every item returned in order to be eligible for an exchange. Each item must also have the original tags attached and be unworn as well as unwashed.  LIVE FIT. Apparel will not issue any refunds on returned products.

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed

Discount Codes

  • We do not offer the use of discount codes (i.e. livefitapparel.com codes, athlete codes, etc) on the use of Capsule subscriptions.
